For a budget of $200 million a year, San Diego gets 854 firefighters. For similar size budgets, Philadelphia and Dallas get more than twice as many firefighters, and San Antonio gets almost twice as many.

In case you haven't figured it out yet Verones, your town is fricken corrupt! You've got a corrupt judicial system, especially for Child Protective Services. It's really bad in San Diego.
Technically, I live in a small town just outside of San Diego.
We've got our own crooks though.
