California voters today delivered a stunning rebuke to President Bush over his amnesty-with-a-bonus plan for illegal aliens.
In the 50th Congressional District, Brian Bilbray, who ran on a strong anti-Bush-amnesty platform, defeated Francine Busby, a proponent of amnesty and other benefits for illegal aliens who went so far as to urge illegal aliens to help with her campaign.
Busby, who had reached across party lines to join Bush's Coalition For Amnesty, could not be reached for comment.
