California judge: illiterate morons deserve high school diplomas.
After all, diplomas aren't supposed to be recognition of knowledge or anything, right?
Hey, I've got a better idea. Why don't we skip this whole "high school" thing and just let the DMV give out a free diploma with every driver's license?
