Yes, if you have a child while on welfare, you are given 30 days to decide: an end to all welfare payments for you and your child, for life. Or sterilization. This will come, or we will have a civil war. Imagine if this plan had been adopted in 1966 how few food stamp recipients we would have today. Five million, as opposed to 48 million?

That's a lot more than the number of credible actresses out there.
