i think the precedent's been set by now. DHS can steam full speed ahead, safe in the knowledge they won't be bothered by assertive uppitty proles. and if they are, they'll just arrest them! isn't "interfering with a government agent" a felony by now? i know "lying to one" is, and *they get to decide what constitutes a 'lie'*.
