It's always nice to see someone lay down some truth before the bubbleheads on Bubblevision. Former OMB budget director David Stockman dropped in this morning to say what we've been saying here for years: the Fed created the current mess, and Congress will never find fiscal responsibility as long as the Fed is monetizing its debt.

Saw this when aired. He went off on Democrats and Republicans alike telling them to "get their shit together, now and not later" (in polite terms) and I was cheering the television set.
