In very poor taste. Both of my children have a PHD thanks to the NIH. One is researching new drug delivery methods for amputees (practical application within 5 years of what my child invented) and the other researches vaccine manufacture and delivery. She will probably save your life or the life of someone you love.
They would not be where they are today were it not for the NIH grants that helped them while studying.
