We've mocked cash-for-clunkers many many many many times, but not this thoroughly:
Cash for Clunkers (C4C, Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS)) is anti-poor, anti-recovery, anti-safety, anti-consumer, anti-saver, anti-taxpayer, anti-business, anti-environmental, anti-health, anti-charities, and anti-economics.
