Break out the Champagne, No Recession!!
PHEWWWWW!!!!!!! That was close. I'm all in on Financials, Home Builders and Mortgage Lenders. I'm actually going to cash in one of my credit card checks at an APR of 24% so that I can put that money in to Countrywide. I'm sure the return will be greater then 24%!
