Health Care - Rationing

The White House has produced a website to give a reality check to those who oppose their health care plan. I know folks who are referencing this site as proof of all that the health care plan will work, as if this is an impartial evaluation of the plan. Of course I liken that to asking a building contractor for a bid and then asking the same building contractor to evaluate the merit of the bid. I'm pretty sure he'll tell you it's the best bid out there.

But what is so blatantly stunning about the rationing issue is right there in electronic print!
The top of the page states:
Reform will stop "rationing" - not increase it
With text below that states:
Kavita Patel, who works with Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett and who worked for years before as a physician, debunks the myth that reform will mean a "government takeover" of health care or lead to "rationing." To the contrary, reform will forbid many forms of rationing that are currently being used by insurance companies.
WHAT? So some forms of rationing are ok then! But it says above it will stop rationing! Am I nuts or is this nuts?

Here's the snapshot in case they change it:
