Both historic moments, no doubt, but Washington crossed in the winter in a leaky boat-JDA in the summer with a horseless carriage. When I was out in Philly this summer I visited the Washington Crossing Historic Park. Highly recommended if you like history.
Excuse me, my carriage has 130 horses under her purring hood thankyouverymuch.
History isn't my thing but I'm working on it, will add that to the list should I feel adventurous this summer.
