not sure if this helps or not but I spent a bit of time in Beijing and the Chinese 4 characters read" Fragrant Hot Political Thought (think capitalism, communism etc - Marxism in particular is not stated) - a better translation than Fragrant Hot Marxism would be Fragrant Hot Ideology or more precisely the Ideology of Fragrant and Spicy food over all others - Diners of the world unite - you have nothing to lose but your taste buds !!
