It's Richard Rider Day in San Diego! Rider is a long-time local tax fighter who has used the ballot box, the soap box, and the legal system to fight (yes, often successfully) taxes and wasteful government spending.
A few ways you might honor Rider today:
1) Write a letter to the editor on your favor local, state or national tax issue.
2) Contribute to an anti-tax cause. My favorites are Recall Anthony Adams, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Foundation, and the Club for Growth.
3) Stop by Rider's blog and congratulate him.
