If the first 111 times don't work, try try again. Obama's prime time TV speech tomorrow night will be his 112th speech since taking office. What else does this guy have time to do? That's almost 15 speeches per month. One every 2 days. My guess is; this frequency of speeches is just a "make work" program for his staff of (reportedly) over 20 speech writers.
