Dodd sees the writing on the wall. His retirement will give the Dems a chance to hold the seat in a heavily Democratic state.
I get no joy from this announcement. I want to see him in prison.

I've been to Marion, IL for fishing and hunting. It's pretty flat. Lots of corn. Not much night life. The people are pretty friendly but they like meth and beer. Not necessarily in that order. He might like it as a place to live out the rest of his days - it's not bad if you stay away from the meth.
