Easy to understand Health Care Bill Translation

All the legalese of the health care bill is translated into regular English here in this article by Duke Classics Professor John David Lewis. Notice some parts of the bill are "above review by the courts".

If you want an easy-to-understand, bullet-pointed translation of the bill, check it out. This is the stuff that they would prefer remain 1000 pages, so as to reduce the likelihood that anyone will read the darn thing before they insist it must be passed this instant or we'll all die. But Mr. Lewis helps us know what's in the bill with his translation.
