Never heard of this guy, but it's pretty well-executed, and on point.
I think it's going viral not because it's funny, but because it expresses what we all feel. It's nice to see a non-partisan comedian express what so many libertarians and fiscal conservatives have been saying for so long -- imagine mainstream people actually starting to care about the Constitution!
