From $1.2 million to $799,000 overnight, a 33% price chopper, after less than two months on the market.

People have been holding out, some for years, for unrealistic prices in Ocean Beach. Most sales are in the $600s, while most listings are above $1 million in South OB.

Perhaps they got spooked by this smaller comp-killer on a premium street going for $685,000.

Pity the poor fools trying to sell a smaller place on the same block for $839,000, and the teardown across the street for $1.25 million.
