Voters to reject out-of-control government; women hardest hit

Another pathetically transparent attempt to manipulate the electorate by the L.A. Times:
Women in Washington, your seats are at risk

A political season dubbed 'the year of the woman' may turn out to be just the opposite. If large numbers of Democratic incumbents lose in November, many women could be replaced by men.

UPDATE: For another example of Ruling Class Media bias, check out the MSM coverage of Glenn Beck's huge rally in Washington. Here's our friend and Tea Partier Temple of Mut's coverage. And here's the AP's coverage:
Conservative commentator Glenn Beck and tea party champion Sarah Palin appealed Saturday to a vast, predominantly white crowd on the National Mall to help restore traditional American values and honor Martin Luther King's message. Civil rights leaders who accused the group of hijacking King's legacy held their own rally and march.

A question for you: when was the last time you saw an MSM paragraph like this about a left-leaning group? Find me a comparable first paragraph about any big leftist rally, where the Ruling Class Media points out 1) the liberalism of the leaders, 2) the homogeneity of the crowd, and 3) what "critics say" about the group, all in the first paragraph.

And here's the Washington Examiner ripping the NY Times' biased coverage.

The elite media is in full snobby leftist mode; I plan to write about it this week. See my piece about the rally for another example, then check this out --

You've got to be kidding, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin? OMG, this is such a joke. This is what white people have come to. Both of these hacks lack a soul and conscience being nothing more than actors on a stage. They're both frauds. These aren't deep thinkers or people with any kind of truth to convey. They are both political hacks. Tea partiers can't do better this?

Anon,

We're not talking about the merits of Glenn Beck or Sarah Palin, neither of whom I have a whole lot of respect for.

We're talking about media bias.

On the other hand, if you'd like to discuss the merits of leading Democrats Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Dodd, Frank, etc., they don't compare well to anybody, even Beck and Palin.

And Beck and Palin are NOT Tea Party leaders. They are interested in self-promotion and try to get on the Tea Party bandwagon for their own advancement. Saturday's event, by the way, had nothing to do with Tea Parties.

How racist is it to say it's all white people?!? You want to talk racist, people like this Anonymous joker are seriously racist. There are lots non-white people at these rallies. And if they state the majority of the crowd was white, THE MAJORITY OF THE COUNTRY IS WHITE! That's just a fact and it isn't racist. If the majority of the crowd weren't white then statistically you'd have a skewed sample.

What I'm learning is that liberal = igrorance.

Oh by the way, check out this "typical" white member of the tea party: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VP2p91dvm6M

See the tea party refers to people being sick of taxation, ie THE BOSTON TEA PARTY. Please stop associating it with racism; it doesn't even make sense. The Tea Party movement is about the constitution and liberty.

Whoever this Anonymous tool is just stupid. As I asked before, PLEASE PROVIDE a piece where Beck is a hack not a generic comment that he is. Just because someone told you he is doesn't mean you must never listen to him to believe it.

It's good that dissenting views are welcome around here. Otherwise, there would be no one to call stupid.

Anger management, dude.

Yes, calling us stupid is going to persuade us to agree with the merit of your arguments! (/sarc - major). See you in November, "dude".

Mut, with all due respect, you seem to agree with me in principle but could not have missed the point more completely.

Prevailing views = those of this blog's authors.

Dissenting views = those of anonymous #1.

Ridiculous name-calling tantrum = Negocios Loucos.

Preach to choir. Insult everybody else.

Happy Super Tuesday!
