No Magic but Possibly Bullets

I never understood why they changed their name to the Wizards from the Bullets:
NEW YORK -- Washington Wizards teammates Gilbert Arenas and Javaris Crittenton drew guns on each other during a Christmas Eve locker room argument over a gambling debt, according to The New York Post.

the fun part is that if arenas/law enforcement play this out *juuuuuust right*, his contract can be voided and he'll lose $100,000,000 for...not paying his gambling debts.

i mean unless management WANTS to keep paying a fragile, frequently-injured, turnover-prone guard who shoots 41% $20 million bucks a year.

he could be this year's plaxico burress!

I don't watch basketball at all anymore hence the fact that if you asked me what the name of the team in Washington was, it's about 50/50 I'd say Bullets. I am aware that the Sonics no longer exist anymore and that's enough to give me zero interest in the "sport".

Is that how much these guys are getting paid now? Imagine what MJ's salary would be if he were playing in his prime today? Seriously $200,000,000/year.

By the way, if I want to watch fixed sporting events, I'll turn to the WWE. The NBA is just disgusting on too many levels.
